CNN —While the NFL playoffs near their finale with this weekend’s conference championship games, one person who won’t be involved is Minnesota Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell.
KO: When you build things the right way and people trust you, they know you’re going to be the same guy every day.
They know you’re going to hold them accountable… and it might be one of our captains pulling a younger player aside.
KO: I think that’s the best way to empower this whole organization, to build leaders upon leaders and empower them.
